2015 Houston Arts Partners Conference: The Arts Fuel Innovation

The fifth annual Houston Arts Partners Conference, connects teachers, artists, administrators, non-profit organizations, industry professionals and educators for a weekend of live arts performances, expert-led panel discussions, and informative lectures and presentations on arts education and arts integration.

This year's conference, "The Arts Fuel Innovation," examines the relationship between the arts and vital components of tomorrow's creative economy: creativity, versatility, collaboration, and innovation. Nationally recognized speakers, teachers, and teaching artists will unearth critical connections among the arts, arts integration, and success in other core and STEM subjects, drawing on Houston's exemplary parternships between schools and arts organizations. The event is hosted by our affiliates at Young Audiences of Houston; last year's conference drew more than 800 participants.
