New York, NY: Young Audiences Arts for Learning, the nation’s leading arts in education network celebrating its 65th anniversary this year, is proud to announce the addition of its newest affiliate, Atlanta-based ArtsNow.
Since 1982, Young Audiences has provided in depth arts in education experiences to thousands of students throughout the greater Atlanta area. With ArtsNow reaching into neighboring states as well, ArtsNow is poised to become a leader in arts in education practice throughout the southeastern United States.
“Having known for some time the reputation of ArtsNow through its programming, documentation, and research, I am thrilled to welcome ArtsNow as our newest member of the national Young Audiences Arts for Learning affiliate network,” said David A. Dik, National Executive Director of Young Audiences, Inc. Our role “to promote national prominence from local excellence” will be greatly enhanced by ArtsNow’s contributions to the field and to our network.
