Houston Arts Partners Conference

Downtown Houston

The Houston Arts Partners Conference, now in its third year, combines inspiring arguments for the power of the arts from national arts-in-education leaders with dynamic, innovative, interactive, evidence-based, and fun presentations on how the fine arts can supply tools to teachers of core foundation subjects. The conference and the Houston Arts Partners mission have galvanized the Houston teaching artist community and campus educators. With our third annual conference this year, we anticipate hosting over 600 educators and administrators from around Texas.

This year’s conference theme is Arts Work, and the focus of the conference will be exploring the different ways that creating access for every child to the complete arts education (arts experiences, learning in the arts, and learning through the arts) benefits the individual, the classroom, the community, and the economy.
