In July of 2010, the U.S. House of Representatives passed House Resolution #275 designating the second week of September as National Arts in Education Week. In celebration of this week, Arts Education Partnership collected responses from leaders in the arts in education field that answered this question: “What story about the arts in education still needs to be told?”
There were many great responses from John Maeda, President, Rhode Island School of Design; Sandra Ruppert, Director, Arts Education Partnership; Lynn Tuttle, Director of Arts Education and SEADAE President, Arizona Department of Education; and Bob Lynch, President and CEO, Americans for the Arts.
